Welcome to Giant Metrix! These Terms and Conditions govern the funnel-building services provided by Giant Metrix. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully.
Giant Metrix offers a maximum 2-step funnel design and build service with this offer.
-The funnel will be designed and integrated into the Giant Metrix App, which is required for this offer to work.
-Average delivery time is 1-2 weeks, depending on how quickly we receive all necessary information and approvals from the client.
To ensure timely delivery of your funnel:
-You must provide all necessary information (content, images, content, logos, brand guidelines, etc.) promptly.
-You agree to provide timely feedback during the design approval process to avoid delays.
-Giant Metrix will present the funnel design for your approval before integration into the app.
-Minor revisions are allowed during the approval phase; additional requests outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
We offer a 7-day refund window under the following conditions:
-The refund applies only if you and our team cannot come to an agreement on the design approval during the review phase.
-No refunds will be issued once the design has been integrated into the Giant Metrix App.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to [Insert Contact Email] within the 7-day window.
-Delivery takes an average of 1-2 weeks after all required information is received.
-Delays may occur if there are delays in communication, incomplete information, or changes requested beyond the initial scope.
Giant Metrix will not be held responsible for:
-Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information or feedback.
-Loss of data or functionality due to third-party platforms or services beyond our control.
If the client fails to provide required information or communication within 30 days of purchase, Giant Metrix reserves the right to terminate the service without refund.
